Good luck to the ladies of Arkansas!
I just wanted to say good luck to all the young ladies competing this weekend for the titles of Miss Arkansas USA & Teen USA! You have very big shoes to fill! Mwah to my beautiful friend Chanley Painter, the lovely Miss AR USA 09. She can work it like none other!
